How long does shipping take?
Will there be a shipping confirmation once the order is placed?
Once an order transaction has been completed a confirmation will be sent to you via email.
I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?
We have multiple manufacturing sites, some of them only focus on creating specific and unique items. Because of that, it is possible that you may receive an item separately from the rest if you ordered products that come from two different sites. You can be rest assured that if all of the items from your order do not arrive at once....the others are is on their way!
How do I track my package?
We provide our customers with a tracking number after their purchase has been processed which can be tracked through https://www.17track.net/en. Please know that it takes a few days for the tracking information to be updated on their website.
Do you offer customized services?
Sorry that we don't provide custom-made service at this time. The items are just same as our website displayed and same as the description on our website.
If I want to change information (such as color, size, shipping address, shipping method) of a paid order, what can I do?
We can only change those information for you if the order is not shipped out. Therefore please be more careful to place the order. If there are changes, contact us via services@iPotala.com.
How can I choose the right size?
Please check Size Chart on the item's product page to see the measurements.Most of our items are marked as S/M/L/XL/XXL size.And the unite include cm and inch.
What's free size?
That means there is only one size available for the item.Generally a Medium size fits the majority of customers.If you are still unsure,please check the product size chart to see the detail measurements.
What delivery companies do you use?
We only use safe and reputable delivery companies like DHL.UPS. USPS, Postal Mail etc.
I didn't get a tracking number, what do I do?
Once your order has been completely processed, we will email you a tracking number (typically within 3-7 working days of your purchase). If you did not get a tracking number after 7 working days of your order, there might be a technical problem, and you can simply request yours through our contact form or via email (service@iPotala.com) and we will gladly provide it.
Is there any additional fee or tax?
For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fee. duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax). However for some European countries, our customers may need to pay the duties or VAT according to your countries' levying rules.
Do you ship internationally?
